In exchange for these services, participating businesses must agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

All job openings will be posted on the New York State Job Bank.
Business must remain on the exhibit center floor until 3p.m.
Business will report all hire data from the event to the Department of Labor.
Business will not discriminate against the unemployed, formerly incarcerated or any other protected class.

Failure to meet these terms could result in not being invited to participate in future Department of Labor events.
